“Drona Academy of Sports and Skills” is an non-profit organisation that focuses on finding out the children who have the calibre to become the sportsperson and to facilitate them with necessary equipment and adequate training.

“Mission Sahasra” is our ambitious project started in the academic year of 2022-23. This is our First Mission.

The Mission’s objective is to provide “Chess Kits” to the students studying in the Government Schools of our State (Tamilnadu).

“Sahasra” Means a Thousand. the mission is to provide Thousands of Thousand Chess Kits, that is about Ten Lakhs Chess kits. (in other words, a Million Chess Kits)

Funds for the project is obtained thru Corporates and kind hearted humanitarians, the Chess kits are “Gifted” to the Students, which means it is free of cost to them.
